Peter Assad is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Elora Consulting®, where he partners with executive teams to drive operational transformation, scalable growth, and measurable performance improvement.

With over 17 years of cross-industry experience spanning financial services, healthcare, oil and gas, and manufacturing, Mr. Assad operates not only as a consultant, but as a Fractional Operational Leader, embedding within organizations to align strategy, optimize execution, and build sustainable operating models.
Mr. Assad holds an MBA and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Change Management Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and trained in advanced operational excellence methodologies. His expertise spans business operational reviews, enterprise process redesign, time and motion studies, change leadership, workflow automation, and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
