Leslie is an Organizational Change Management and Continuous Improvement leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex transformation, improve operational performance, and turn strategy into sustainable execution.

She partners with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to bring clarity and structure to change — aligning stakeholders, strengthening execution, and helping organizations successfully move from current state to future state. Her approach combines the discipline of Organizational Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, and project management with a practical understanding of how organizations and people actually experience change.

 

Leslie's career spans financial services, transportation, and manufacturing, giving her a highly adaptable perspective across industries and operating environments. She has led and developed teams of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and Master Black Belts while supporting enterprise-wide improvement initiatives, multi-location transformations, and complex technology implementations.

 

Her technology transformation experience includes high-visibility digital and infrastructure initiatives, including the delivery of a manufacturing organization's first customer-facing mobile application and foundational infrastructure supporting AI readiness.

 

Known for her hands-on leadership style, strong communication skills, and ability to simplify complexity, Leslie works comfortably from executive strategy through frontline implementation. She is particularly effective at bringing people, process, and execution together so that organizational improvements are not only implemented, but understood, adopted, and sustained.

 

Outside of consulting, Leslie enjoys traveling with her family, swimming, and supporting local and statewide nonprofit organizations whose missions are meaningful to her.
